Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, all sales are final.  Please note the photos, measurements, and descriptions of a piece before deciding to buy. All pieces are handmade by me and many are made from vintage items that have lived full lives before they found my hands so minor imperfections should be expected!

However, if you are not happy with a piece upon arrival please email me at Supergunnyclub@gmail.com or message me on instagram!

Pieces that arrive broken will receive a full refund or replacement piece if possible once the buyer provides proof of the damage AND the buyer is willing to ship the damaged item back at no cost to them.

When will my order ship?

Please allow at least 3-5 business days for your order to be sent out! Though I will likely get to it within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and potential delays due to the holidays, please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic.

How do I best take care of my new pottery?

The majority of my pieces are made from white stoneware using underglaze and clear food safe glaze. While the pieces will survive the top shelf in a dishwasher - to get the  longest lifespan out of each piece it is highly recommended you wash by hand!

How to take care of my chainstitched / chenilled piece?

 I make sure to tie off all loose threads so the pieces should be stable and as long as no stitch in the piece gets cut and pulled it will be fine - even in the washing machine! Check the material the garment is made from to determine washing machine settings, but the thread has some wool content and could shrink slightly if using HOT water when washing or melt in the case of chenille since chenille thread is synthetic - it is highly recommended to dry clean for the longest life span.
